Rates are for 6 people including children over the age of 3. HOA rules limit occupancy to 6 guests per condo.

Failure to abide by this will result in loss of your security deposit.

	Holidays are minimum 3 day rental

Refundable Security Deposit $200

Advance payment is required to confirm you reservation.

If check in date is more then 30 days from date of reservation 50% of the rent is required to hold your reservation. The balance is due 30 days before check in date.

If check in date is less then 30 days from reservation date 100% of payment is required. If paying by check or money order a $200 refundable security deposit is required 10 days before check in date.

If paying by credit card the security deposit can be covered with a $200 authorization on your credit card which will automatically expire shortly after your check out date.
