Community amenities include a large swimming pool, showers and rest rooms at the pool, clubhouse & lagoon.

Each condo includes a master bedroom, a large loft room with balcony, two full baths and central AC. There is a large adjoining deck between units so that a large group (up to 12 people) can rent both units and move freely from one unit to the other. They are completely furnished with bedding, bath towels and all kitchen utensils.

Pets on prior approval only. $25 pet cleaning fee.

Each condo comfortably sleeps 5-6 people and up to a max of 6. The size of your group must be included with your reservation.

We accept money orders, travelers checks, Visa & Master Card.& Pay Pal. Personal or company hecks are ok for deposit & payment if there is time for check to clear before rental date.
